2. Spray your face with Aloe or Rose water throughout the stay for a quick cool down and to provide moisture.
3. Keep a wet washcloth in the fridge and apply to the back of the neck when warm or after activity.
4. Make sure to drink enough water. Start with some warm water with lemon in the morning to help flush out toxins and prep the skin for the day. Then make sure to drink enough water to counteract the extra heat the body generates. Aim for half of your body weight in ounces. An 150lb person would start with 75oz of water. Monitor how you feel and if you are drained, or are working out add more.
