What Exactly Is It? And Why Do I Need To Add It to My Routine?
So What is It?
Dry brushing is the process of using a firm brush on the skin without water and brushing in movements that increases blood flow to the heart. By using without water, the brush creates more friction/circulatory effect on the skin and below.
Why Do I Need It?
Dry Brushing has many benefits which all revolve around the increase of blood flow. And also by starting on outer extremities and moving toward the heart this encourages the blood flow to move toward the heart. Increasing blood flow is similar to exercise in that it encourages blood, circulatory system, lymph system to all increase and move. What Do I Need?
We carry just the perfect brush over at Body Systems. Our natural boar bristles are firm enough and our brush is different in that is also has firm massage nubs on the other side for deeper tissue release. That’s all you need!
