
DO ONE THING YOU’VE BEEN PUTTING OFF
Today’s action for our month long Wellness Challenge is to do one thing you’ve been putting off. This is great because it starts the momentum we need to finish off the long to-do list we all have at the end of the year.
PROCRASTINATION IS A TIME STEALER
Time management is something we all deal with and especially during the holidays. Seems like the to-do list gets longer every year and we scramble to just get enough done to make it through. Wouldn’t it be great if we can get the list done PLUS have time to actually enjoy the holiday season?
DELEGATE AND THEN PRIORITIZE
First we need to actually look at that to-do list. Is there anything we can delegate to our team or family? What needs to be done and start to prioritize what items you want to get accomplished and what can be put on the January to-do list.
ACTUAL TO-DO LIST WILL BE DO-ABLE
After we prioritize and make a true to-list then we can start with those item(s) we’ve been putting off. Then look at the calendar and start to put in what needs to be done by a particular day. Delegate what you can and then fit in enjoyable items. Don’t forget workouts and prepping for parties to make sure you stay on your healthy track.
