Today we’re catching up on our End of the Year Wellness Challenge Days 7, 8 & 9 due to the weekend by looking at 3 things. Donating 5 Unused Items, then taking an email Break and fitting in 5 minutes at least of Sunshine or Air.
Donate or Throw 5 Things from our Decluttering we did Last Friday
First, we are going to look at what we cleaned from last Friday and donate or throw away at least 5 things we no longer need or use. We cleaned up a room or work area last Friday. Read that post here. Set those items aside for the garbage collection or put into a box in the car so they can be dropped off at a donation site the next time you’re out.
Yes We’re Taking an Email Break
Second, we are going to plan on an email break of at least 2-4 hours some time today. For entrepreneurs this is is hard to do because we want to be accessible to our customers 24/7 but decide now how you want to go forward with this new policy. Over dinner time is a good time to start implementing this policy but let’s start this and continue it so that you can stop obsessing and stressing over emails. They will be there when you check your phone later.
Enjoy at Least 5 Minutes of Sunshine or Air
Third today is to get outside again and this time enjoy the sunshine or air if you are in the states that enjoy more snow and clouds than sun in the winter. This encourages us to take a mental and physical break from our work which not only helps to refocus our brain but it gets us up and moving.
