Today’s action is a focus on mental health wellness. Call or talk to a loved one. It could be family or friend but you want to physically talk to them so that you can experience their voice and listen. It’s good for both of you!
Stopping, especially during busy times to experience even a few minutes of joy without a time limit brings your heart rate down. It reminds us about why this is a loved one. You are hearing their voice which is also a key to remembering past experiences of joy.
Note it doesn’t take much time to feel that instant joy when you hear their voice. You can instantly feel your heart relax and your brain focusing on this call or talk, can’t you?
